Xiao Long Bao { Pork }
Chinese soup dumpling filled with lean and tender minced pork tenderloin, finely chopped broccoli florets, pumpkin and carrot. The inside of the dumpling also contains a small amount of rich, delicious soup broth. The broth is made from pork bone that is cooked for 50 hrs. The dumpling skin is made using gluten-free flour, egg white, black
sea salt and water. A deliciously complex little parcel of yum.
Storage and Feeding: Dumpling skin tends to harden if not properly stored. Freeze at -18 degrees. Take out only what you want to feed and put the rest back in the freezer. Feed according to your dog’s size and weight as overfeeding may cause diarrhea or
vomiting. Thaw what you want to feed in the chiller for at least an hour. Put xiao long bao in the steamer once the water is boiling and steam for 12 minutes. Ready to eat!
